• Include unit or suite numbers — if delivering to an apartment, office, or unit, always include the unit number (e.g. Unit 3, 45 Queen Street).
• Verify rural delivery (RD) addresses — rural addresses should include the RD number and any relevant locality details to avoid delivery delays.
• Use the correct post code — New Zealand post codes are 4 digits. Verify yours using this tool to ensure accuracy.
• Check for new subdivisions — newly developed areas may not yet appear in all address databases. Contact us if you need assistance with a new address.
